Rice women's track and field head coach Jim Bevan announced on Wednesday the hiring of Owl alumna Funmi Jimoh as an assistant coach, where she'll return to her alma mater to coach the women's sprints, hurdles and relays.
Former Rice Owl greats Olaya Pazo (beach volleyball) and Lennie Waite (3000m steeplechase) will make their dreams come true in the upcoming days when they compete at the 28th edition of the Olympic Summer games in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
