Rice sophomore distance runner Cali Roper became the second Owl in school history to win consecutive C-USA Outdoor 10,000m titles with a first place finish Friday evening at Kidd Track on the campus of El Paso.

The 2015 C-USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships get underway tomorrow and last through Sunday, May 17.
